Even though they were only able to access 1/2 of my fuel intake, ect. system, I think the motor is running better.

Friendly, helpful staff, but maybe too busy of a shop. Had to contact shop several times in order to get updates on car and was not ready when promised. Free loaner car was helpful, but I had to request it at the end of day. However, I feel like the shop provides good mechanical work so I will put up with these inconvienences.

This time I just stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation, but they had me in and out quickly and the cost was more reasonable than other shops' (plus Auto Pros send out coupons for their services). This is the fairest shop we've found in town.

Charged me for 8 quarts of oil and my vehicle only takes 5 quarts. I checked with the person who rebuilt the engine and he said that it only takes 5 quarts. I wish I knew where the other 3 quarts went. I didn't have my coupon with me because I didn't notice on the email a received that I was suppose to print it and bring it in. After a short conversation he honored the discount. I wish he would have checked with the mechanic at the time of the questioning so we could confirm the number of quarts used.

Everyone was kind and courteous the place is so clean and the coffee is WONDERFUL! Only complaint is that since you worked on my electrical my clock was reset and I did not notice, thought I was running 2 hours behind for about 5 seconds. :) Thanks

We like that the estimated charges were really close to the actual bill. We also like that we were able to have a rental for the duration of the repair. Jeff was extremely helpful and easy to work with.

Always courteous,friendly,knowledgable staff clean reception area with a pleasant waiting room. Shuttle transportation available at no extra charge if needed. Work completed professionally, accurately, and on time. We have traded here for many years and they always stand by their word and their work.

"I was recently laid off from my job, and my car was not running very well. Normally I go to Westside where I have gone for 6 years. Because of my job situation, I tried to save money and went to a different shop that offered free diagnosis. WHAT A MISTAKE !!! They sold me parts that did not fix my car, would not refund my money, and were rude. I ended up going to Ron at Westside, and they correctly diagnosed it and repaired it. Lesson learned."

"Ron and his people keep my Volkswagen Jetta running and reliable. Last week the battery went dead. After a test showed it was just a battery, they replaced it. When I asked how much, Jeff told me 'no charge'. Turns out they had installed the battery 4 years ago (I had forgot) and it was under warranty. That is honesty & one of the main reasons I go to them."

"Wow ! I am glad I found this place. My car is my lifeline for getting the kids to school and myself to work. When it was not running smoothly I went to Westside Auto Pros. They were upfront with me and said it would be the next day before they could look at it, but gave me a free loaner car to use. The next day Brian called me with an update, a $300 part was needed, but they could also get a rebuilt version for $190. He said he would trust the rebuilt on his car, so I went with it. All is well and they even washed and vacuumed my car. Best of all, the final bill was $28.00 LESS than quoted. Nice clean shop that is honest and looks out for me. I have since referred my sister who also had a good experience."
